Beauty Insider не сидит на месте: редакторы Олеся Фаррелл и Лена Коренькова отправились на Новый Арбат, в Articoli «Весна», чтобы выяснить, все ли там в порядке.
Articoli — совсем не то, что сетевой «Рив Гош» или «Л’Этуаль». Различие в атмосфере ощущаешь уже на входе: никаких толп, никаких следующих по пятам охранников, никаких назойливых консультантов. Покупателей, кроме нас двоих, поначалу не было и вовсе — а те, которые появлялись, изучали полки и испарялись, редко доходя до кассы.
Мы прошли по всему магазину, осмотрели почти все коллекции и задали вопросы о почти всех известных нам новинках. И очень расстроились 🙂 Все оказалось настолько хорошо, что даже скучно: консультанты ненавязчивы и незаметны, появляются из своей параллельной вселенной, только если вы зависнете у какой-то баночки крема минуты на три. Убедившись, что вам не нужна помощь, вполне удовлетворяются отрицательным ответом и опять исчезают.
О новинках и предыдущих коллекциях осведомлены, тестеры на месте — что декоративные, что ароматные. В корнере Dyptique, например, рассказывали об ассортименте охотно и с любовью, потестить — да хоть все, пожалуйста. Все ценники на виду и в порядке — а если вдруг что-то не видно из-за прилавка, консультант тут же прочтет на упаковке.
Правда, в том же корнере Dyptique выяснилось, что цена отличается от «Иль де Ботэ», например, почти в полтора раза в более высокую сторону. А жаль — приятнее, конечно, обзаводиться новыми флакончиками в такой интимной обстановке.
Впрочем, цены на другие средства не настолько разнятся. В среднем, на 15-17-20 % дороже. При наличии скидочной карты Articoli эта разница почти нивелируется. А удовольствие остается:)
Я для себя сравнивала Articoli с наиболее привычными мне похожими форматами за рубежом: La Rinascente в Италии или Brown Thomas в Ирландии.
«Браун Томас» ближе к «Артиколи» — он известен дороговизной по сравнению с другими ритейлерами, и туда приходят в основном по тем же причинам: отсутствие толпы и эксклюзивность сервиса (например, с каждой покупкой Origins мне всегда предлагали бесплатную косметическую процедуру).
Итальянская же «Ла Ринашенте» более демократична, и, несмотря на Sephora практически на соседней улице, в ней всегда достаточно покупателей. В остальном формат аналогичен: флагманские корнеры, в которых первыми появляются новинки и лимитированные коллекции и где чаще всего проводятся специальные акции.
Мораль? Нам совершенно, просто абсолютно не в чем упрекнуть «Артиколи Весна», кроме цен.
Огромный плюс к карме консультантам, которые умеют быть одновременно полезными и незаметными, и охранникам, которые делают свою работу так, что вам не кажется каждую минуту, будто вас молчаливо уличают в мелком воровстве. И руководству, которое делает это все возможным.
Если вы готовы потратить немного больше, но при этом получить практически персонального консультанта, который расскажет вам все, что знает — вам сюда. Если же бюджет для вас важнее, а скидочной карты Articoli у вас нет, то, наверное, вас будет мучать мысль, что, пройдя пару кварталов в сторону, можно кое-что потерпеть, но сэкономить.
