Having just recently come from WoW there was quite a few real time DPS meter add-ons that were nice to have. You could see how you were faring compared to your group members.
Is there anything like that for ESO? If not real-time then a log that was easy to read post-dungeon?

There used to be an addon which showed everyone’s DPS numbers in the group much like what you ask for, but people were. sensitive about it. So the devs removed the API for something like that to be possible.

People work harder when they know they’re getting measured. That’s why its good to have a DPS meter.
If WoW players can learn to deal with it I would think any player base can.

That said I do think that the observation of DPS has become a bit of obsessive. Unless you’re doing Vet Trials it doesn’t matter if you’re doing 15k or 25k. It gets really painful only if combined group DPS is around 20k or so, because the longer the fight goes the window for mistakes gets much bigger and most people who can’t deal solid damage aren’t good at surviving either.
The situation wouldn’t be better if we could see the exact numbers though. People have posted artificial inflated numbers on chat before that, and kicks from group happen frequently now anyway too.
